Good eating

I've been trying to cook more meals from scratch this year. Having lived off mainly pizza and pasta at uni for the past few years I am determined to go in to this university course next year with the knowledge of what I should be eating and how to make it.

This omelette is the neatest one I have ever done, filled with crunchy asparagus and salty ham hock! Mmm
