First Snowdrops

Spoilt for choice with blips today - lots of robins about but I couldn't resist sharing a glimpse of my first sighting of snowdrops in the Milborne Wick valley. I love to see them by water and at the base of a tree bole.
Tthis hen was having a good scratch in the earth but I wasn't quick enough to catch it! Spring didn't feel far away today but I wonder if February snow will surprise us.
