Edinburgh at dusk

Into Edinburgh this afternoon to see the Open exhibition at the Royal Scottish Academy on the Mound.
After I came out it was dark and this is the view from the gallery looking north towards the Scott monument and the Balmoral hotel.
It was stunning. No wonder Edinburgh is referred to as the Athens of the north.
