"Freudian slumber empty of sound"

Some cool graffiti in Dublin by my bus stop today. I think it is Sigmund Freud, it looks like him. It is thought, mainly by Martain Scorsese (as evidence in his movie the Departed) that Freud once said that we, the Irish are "the only people who are impervious to psychoanalysis", however, no evidence has ever been uncovered that confirms Freud ever said anything like that.
