Wee Chaffie

At long last we get a day of decent weather, even although it was too cloudy at dawn to get a sunrise. Still got to make the most of it when the weather is fine.

Managed a walk to the beach and back late afternoon, which I have to be honest was timed to coincide with sunset! Only problem was the sky was too clear and little colour developed. We blippers are hard to please, even on a good day!

Never mind, I had taken some bird shots in the morning and quite liked this one of Mrs Chaffinch sitting amongst the rhoddies, with the bud in the foreground reminding us that Spring is just around the corner!
