Diversion...

Woke to freezing fog this morning. On the way to town I stopped to get this photo at the top of the hill of the sun breaking through and layering the newly thinned woodland. At this point of the journey I realised my wing mirrors were not clear of frost so I cleared them but in a matter of moments was able to witness the growth of wonderful frost feathers developing on the glass once again...amazing!!

Sun is now out except in the deepest valleys which makes for a pretty day to be out and about on the top of the hills :)
