Under The Pier

The morning was spent working then off to Eastbourne for the afternoon. I have decided I really like this once grand seaside town but am worried that this growing fondness has more to do with me getting older than Eastbourne becoming more interesting. Whatever the reason, I love wandering around some of the shops in the district, optimistically referred to as Little Chelsea, enjoying afternoon tea in a quirky book shop then a a walk along the sea front. This was taken under the pier in the late afternoon winter sun.
