Moot The Intrepid

It may look like just another Moot Blip but the question that needs answering here is "How on earth did he get up there?". Moot can't jump like normal cats - the result of a triply fractured pelvis and a leg that's never really been in the right place - so how did he manage to get up here and more importantly, why?

I have asked him but he's saying nothing apart from Miaut (impeccable German as ever).
