The Fourth Plinth

I had a couple of hours to kill in London this afternoon so headed off to the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. Outside the gallery, the fourth plinth in the square currently has this huge blue cockerel on it which, being an unofficial national emblem of France, is a rather ironic statement in a square that celebrates a victory over Napoleon.
