The guy on local radio said.......

.......It was a beautiful sunrise in Cockermouth this morning, as we are 4 miles further up the road, I got up grabbed the camera and went to the front door.
It wasn't the best I had seen but it was nice and the fluffy clouds all around were bright pink.
Red sky in the morning sprung to mind.
How true, by 11am it was damp, by 1pm it was raining and by 3pm it was dregging it down.
