Cheeeese-caaaake!

Thu and Chris are coming up to stay for the weekend so James made this cheesecake and a chilli con carne using this months spice box.

James managed to burn the caramel which was added to the cheesecake base which does ruin the taste a little. One thing learnt for next time.
