Crombie's.

The best butcher in the UK is having a refit, hopefully that doesn't mean a price increase.

A few years ago I was asked to cook a slap up meal for some Russians. They'd heard the usual European guff about how bad the Scottish diet and food in general was and I was charged with changing their minds. A hundred-odd quid at Crombie's later (along with a few drams naturally) and we had convinced them we Caledonians don't live on Greggs and chips. Worth every penny.
