The BIG Splash

It had been raining and very overcast all morning here. Then around 2 pm it started to clear, so I took a walk along the sea wall to Walton. 3.15 pm was high tide today, although the tide wasn't particularly high.

I love the sea it fascinates me and took a number of shots of this type, but I enjoyed this one most of all. So this is my image of the day.
