Spring blossom part ll

My work colleague brought in this beautiful winter honeysuckle - Lonicera fragrantissima today, not only are the flowers really beautiful to see this time of the year, but the 'honeysuckle' perfume is just divine!
It is also known as fragrant honeysuckle, January jasmine and (probably best of all) sweet breath of spring.
It was introduced into England in 1845 by the Scottish plant hunter Robert Fortune.
It was lovely to see (and smell) it today........let's hope that wonderful scent is a 'sweet breath of spring' just around the corner!
