I hope that's not lunch

I had a wander downstairs at lunchtime to see if Laura wanted to accompany me to the hospital canteen as I was far too lazy this morning to make any sandwiches.
Much to my surprise I actually found her doing some work!

*she does actually work exceptionally hard and I hope she doesn't kill me when she reads this.
