Paris, Charles de Gaulle Airport, Terminal 2e

What we see here is the reflection in the windows at the end of terminal 2e showing us the lighting strips for the (curved) terminal.

This is the closest I have ever come to missing a flight. My training session run on later than I wanted it to. Tried walking to the train station, but got a bit lost. Jumped in a cab, which got caught in bad traffic. Fortunately as I dashed onto platform 43 of Gare du Nord there was a train pulling in. If I'd had to wait for a train or if the line to get through security was backed up then I'm sure I'd have missed the flight....
