Blue Reflections

A full day.
My friend's Dad has died and we met for lunch.
We went to see 12 years a slave which was harrowing.
Reflecting on how little some things have changed and how much injustice and oppression exists in our world.
Not a cheerful day but had some time on my own and time for blip.
