Devastated

Destroying old software involves running stacks of CDROMs through the shredder. Some discs shatter into little pieces during the process. Others, like this one, are more pliable and take on a 'krinkle-cut' texture with multiple facets.

Macro view produced by an ōlloclip lens, otherwise this image is un-retouched. The colours are produced naturally by the distortion of the CD's foil layer during the shredding process.
