Winter Leaves

Among the fledging long leaf pines, just a few years ago almost extinct in the area, we find a variety of hardwoods. This is Halyburton Park, a beautiful preserve with a variety of trails running through it, with some wildlife including alligators, red fox, venus fly traps, etc. We took the 1.3 mile trail today and enjoyed the bright skies and brisk weather.

I have been having some internet issues, but hopefully they have been resolved.
