Pizza-night

Lately I've had a craving for a certain kind of pizza I tasted last summer at a friends house. It's not the tomato-sauce based regular kind of pizza, but instead there's olive oil, leek and garlic, three types of cheese and I added some mushrooms too. After it's been baked in the oven for 15 minutes it's topped with thinly sliced cured ham and rucola. Amazing!

And now I'm going back in the kitchen to bake a carrot cake bring along to work in the morning. Friday is just around the corner!
