RETIREMENT

On a wet and windy afternoon high in the Wicklow mountains Tammy (the horse)sees her new home for the first time. At 22 years of age Tammy goes into retirement in this beauitful countryside a whole 50 acres to run around on. The people who bred her all those years ago invited her back for her retirement, what great people they are, they spent ages tracking her down.
She is so lucky when you think of the way a lot of healthy horses are treated, when they are of no use to their owners they are put down.
