... or how to confuse a room full of intelligent people...

I was at an options appraisal session this morning, and the guy leading this bit managed to totally obfuscate the process. A lot of participants gave up with trying to understand it, and just put numbers in boxes. This, to me, indicates that there is a flaw in the process or the presentation. Hmmm.
