Ryvoan Bothy, Cairngorm, Scotland

Quick trot up to the bothy, on an overcast and sleety day. The bothy was an old croft abandoned (according to the 'net) in 1877 and previously the home of a crofter of great strength and enormous capacity for liquor. Presume there were people staying in the bothy as there were half a dozen cans of Tennents lager left inside. Bothy, which is in an RSPB reserve, is now maintained by the Mountain Bothies Association.
