Preparing Stilton

Tomorrow is competition day for a few people at the stable yard so this evening was spent last minute practicing and getting the horses tarted up. I find plaiting a horses mane quite a challenge so I am always grateful when our stable manager offers to do it for me and others, even if she has to stand on a chair for the bigger horses..such as Stilton here!
