Early start for a swim this morning, still getting the kick to work properly and now learning how to turn more efficiently. Still making steady progress and have another plan of action to build up stamina.

Out for a lunchtime wander to find a birthday present for Tracey, destination was in no way influenced by the many blipping opportunities within the Cowgate.

Most enjoyable tune of the day came from The Decemberists.
