8:30pm and about to boil the kettle.

Seems that 8:30 is about kettle time at the moment.

We have found a fairly good rhythm of bedtime routine for the wee-estWeir that complements the bedtime for the weeWeir. It wasn't helped, however, when I was over an hour late home from work.

It all started so well. Up at 6:10 to feed the wee-estWeir, get changed and off to work on the bike. 6.5 miles in, back tyre inner tube goes. It's dark, but I got the tube changed. Only for the replacement to not be playing nicely either.

About to take it off to investigate and my (new) tyre lever snapped.

After packing things up, started walking to Edinburgh Park. All fine and dandy, productive morning at work, off to find a bike shop and get the puncture repaired.

A partially frustrating, partially fun afternoon included Mrs theWeir's tablet winning first prize in a tablet-making competition. We raised some money for the Royal Hospital for Sick Children at Yorkhill, Glasgow too.

Then heading home late(r) all was mainly okay (other than the lateness) when 2 miles from home - pfffffffffffffffffffff.

The same wheel, the new inter tube. Gone.

Deep joy.

Home to help with some of bedtime, some catch up and to blip.

Quite liked the sad robot.

Here's a shot of the tablet. Quite simply amazing stuff. I have a tremendous wife.
