Its never to late for a sponge cake

I have always loved the word sponge cake!
On this picture a newbaked one whit saffron, so its also never to late for a x-mas cake.
I spend a lot of time in the kitchen when Im in stress, today I spent the most of the day with my dog at the vet. And everyone who has been there knows its never really fun. so the last of the day until now i spent baking and cooking food to calm my selfe.
