Well Travelled Sparrow

The House Sparrow first emigrated to Australia in 1863 - it was actually deliberately introduced then. According to Google, sparrows are the most widely distributed bird species on the planet. Certainly, whenever you visit another country, there are almost always sparrows about.

This one was flitting around in a cafe garden, Maleny.
