A Swirl of Paperwork

Lots of tax paperwork this time of year. This time around I had a new one to tackle, a 1099-MISC (and accompanying 1096) for the royalties that I split with the illustrator of my children's book. I was required to use the official form supplied by the IRS, no download-and-print PDFs in this case, and I had a very limited supply, so I made a couple draft copies to practice on first. Unearthed the old typewriter that I originally received as a gift in 1984 (if memory serves correctly), since I didn't want to write it by hand. Anyway, one more form set down, on to the next one...
