Tree Fall

Heckrodt Wetland Reserve, Menasha, Wisconsin

Spent the day indoors in a windowless room. Good to be out despite the cold.

Not sure if I wandered into them or they wandered into me - found myself in a herd of very young deer coming to forage at the bird feeders. One came close enough to sniff my tripod.

Found this fallen tree silhouetted by the snow, the last light of day filtering through the trees.
