To A Haggis, Robert Burns, 1786

Saturday 25th January was the anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns in 1759.

One of his most-recited poems, especially on Burns Night, is his Address to a Haggis. I attended a Burns Supper with friends last night and recited the poem (although not from memory!)
