I don't know about you but on a day when I'm exhausted & somewhat frazzled there's nothing like time in the kitchen baking. Aside from loving the smell of freshly bakes cookies there's now something yummy to eat & two happy boys who are looking forward to tucking in later. I do find baking relaxing so for me it's time well spent.
