Inverness Cathedral

This is a picture of the 'business end' of the episcopal cathedral. Earlier, the bells were ringing, and now I imagine a service is in progress. It is interesting that the church is an episcopal one, as opposed to The Church of Scotland, or even the Free Church. Despite its Highland location, Inverness has mostly been a Government town over the past three hundred years.
