Man struggling with an umbrella....! It was such a wonderful day after the wind and rain of the weekend that I went for short walk in the castle grounds at lunchtime. I passed this "men at work" sign where they are cutting out some invasive species (rhododendron) and it got me thinking... when was the last time you saw a man with a shovel working on the road? Maybe we need to re-modernise our signs to indicate "people at work"....?
