The Morning Rush

This was the morning rush traffic at 7.30am on my way to my 8.15 hospital appointment.. Once up the hill and then down through Rottingdean taffic lights the traffic flows freely.. I made the appointment in good time..

Today i was having PDT, photodynamic therapy a skin cancer treatment which is also used on port wine stain birthmarks. Not going to write a lot because my face is swollen this evening and my head is pounding... I will update you as the days pass by..
