Gaudi's La Padrera

We tried to pack too much in on our last day and ended up exhausting ourselves. It was worth every aching bone though. One of our visits was to La Pedrera designed by Gaudi between 1906 and 1912. when he was at the peak of his career. It was his last residential building and is one of his most innovative landmarks in Barcelona and has become a work of art in its own right. The rooftop was absolutely amazing and hard to belief that this was designed over 100 years ago.
We fell into bed at around midnight knowing that we had a veery early start in order to catch the early morning flight back to Gatwick.
