A Still Day

It was taken on a day out to Weston super Mare in November. We were not sure whether we would get any photographs as there was hardly a breath of wind, there were patches of mist and the sky was generally overcast. However there were occasionally brief moments of sunlight and one fortunately occurred while I was taking shots of the reflections in the mirror-like surface of this area of water, which is enclosed for safe swimming (not for me in November!) and replenished by the sea at high tide.
