Sorry its not fish

On Monday I attended an all day fish cookery course in Rye which was a photographers heaven except that I turned up with a flat battery in my camera. Had to resort to using my phone which has a rubbish camera and took some terrible pictures. This is pudding:- Lemon Bavarois with roast rhubarb, blood orange sorbet and basil merangue.

For the record the other courses we cooked and ate were:-
- Carpaccio of salmon and Rye bay scallops with pear, Wakame seaweed and lime dressing, then
- Hastings crab meat and smoked whiting tatar with apple dressing,then
- Cod tempura with aubergince, courgette, chilli and cucumber dipping sauce, then
- Bouillabaisse with rouille, then
- Steamed plaice fillets with sea purslane, mussel sauce and potato gnocchi,

then the pudding descibed above.

IT WAS ALL ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS
