Grainne

Today has been mostly persuading people that they CAN manage a new website instead of asking me to do it all the time. Whatever I do (and it's usually belt AND braces) to make a site easy to navigate and manage, it always surprises me how timid people are about clicking a link, or reading the clearly written help messages :-O
