Don't Waste It!

A migraine which started yesterday combined with what felt like the weight of the world sitting on top of my shoulders causing them to ache deeply, I decided that I need to spend the afternoon creating.

I wouldn't say this is my most creative piece of work but it was created completely on intuition. I felt completely in flow and allowed the colours and textures to evolve without any hindrance from my mind.

The migraine feels as though it has well and truly passed and I feel far more at peace within my soul. Of course I could have spent the afternoon pretending to be someone else but time is limited....so I don't want to waste a single second.....!
