A View from Edinburgh Castle

David and I went to Edinburgh Castle to-day as he has never been an I haven't been since I was at school which was an awful long time ago . Robert the Bruce and William Wallace welcomed us in at the entrance to the Castle we took the tour round with the guide and then we had a wander round there was quite a lot of interesting history. I took a photo of Princess street garden and overlooking Edinburgh to the Firth of Forth but the part of the photo that means something is the little graveyard on the bottom left of the photo this is a dog graveyard it contains the remains of regiments mascots and officers dogs its not something that you would expect to find there .
