The Love Child Chronicles

Pierce Hill Winter

I ventured out with my nephew's dog today. Instead of our usual walk around the block, we got in the car and drove on a Blipfoto adventure, stopping three times along the way. Our first stop offered little but a doggie rest stop, and although our walk down to a nearby creek had us meeting another Labrador, Barley and I were not impressed. Our final stop took us to Arnold Park in Vestal, New York, U.S.A., where we both ran and played in the frozen landscape. As we made our way back down from the top of Pierce Hill, I finally was inspired to take a photo. The late afternoon sun was peeking through the Winter sky, offering a golden touch to the grey landscape. It was a cold walk back to the car, but will make for perfect doggie dreams tonight.
