A l o n g wait for a pint.

From the sublime to the cor blimey.
After a home-brew akin to Guinness, but with much less head, I went for a "Belgian style" brew akin to a Lager, but with visibly much more head.

On drawing off a "pint" one ends up with a visible 1-2" of liquid and the rest of the glass is head.
Wait long enough and the result is around 10-12 floz. (300ml), with a "normal" amount of head.
Repeat as rqd. until the target pint is finally achieved.

During the process of up-catching I seem to have missed out on 22nd and 26th. The compensation being ... If I ever find some around then I can always stick 'em in retrospectively.
