Under surveillance

I decided to attack the garden today as the weather was fairly benign. So with spade in hand I dug up a few old fruit bushes to move them to a new location. However I got the strangest feeling was being watched. I looked up and came face to face with a Robin sitting on the fence who was studying me me.
I stepped back in surprise and the robin took this as a que to swoop down and grab a tasty morsel. He hung around all day while I was digging and repotting stuff even the cats did not scare him away and they did not seem to mind him scooting around either.
