Homecooked Spring rolls

In Asia, Australia and New Zealand it's the 31st January already, and thus the Year of the Horse has started. A Chinese habit is having a Reunion Dinner, very often a Steamboat dinner (Fondue Chinoise, fondued meat, fish and vegetables in soup) on the eve of the Lunar New Year with the whole family. I decided that D and I would have a steamboat dinner too (we'll have it again this weekend with the boys) but I also wanted to try my hand at home made spring rolls. And here there's 2 of them, filled with vegetables and rice noodles, they tasted very genuine. Happy Lunar New Year to all who celebrate it !
