I have noticed that changing what I early is making my State of mind and mood lift through the roof, mixed steamed veg everyday and lots of bananas, also I'm on vitamin C, multi vitamins and iron tablets, BCA stack and whey protein twice a day, still no alcohol all month too, I have completed my first week on the 5x5 gym routine and feel absolutely fantastic about it. Long way to go but I'm loving the ride.
