Thawing Out

After a session filled day, it was time to get some fresh air late this afternoon so it was off to the local park to try and capture a black moon.

Obviously that didn't happen, in fact it never appeared due to any number of conditions. But the park did offered a beautiful sunset beside an icy creek. Fortunately I caught it thawing out.

With fingers and toes numbed up I found this advantage and managed to capture it before I got wet, or worse.

It wasn't that far of a ride but it provided a short time of solitude for my wife and I to catch up on the days events and share a glance or two (smile moment).
