The Stream

This is one of the few places I walk in my area that does not show the serious drought conditions we are experiencing. As you descend down the path toward this little stream, the temperature gets cooler, the humidity rises, and the amount of green increases. One area just before this stream looks like a veritable green carpet of grass, lush and soft. I'm very happy to be out in nature again in the mornings.
