Igor looked at this image and asked ”what’s the story?” There isn’t one really. I saw an image similar to this somewhere and wanted to try to reproduce it (photographic plagiarism!!). The book is “Possession” by AS Byatt, winner of the 1990 Booker Prize and one of the best books I've ever read.
