Iris Moon Glo, oil on canvas by Nanna Susi

One of my favourite Finnish artists, Nanna Susi, has her works exhibited at Art Pyynikki until Sunday this week. I visited the exhibition with my sons Pite and Petri before going out for lunch. We got a friendly introduction to the artworks plus some very nice Tuscan red wine at the gallery.

There were also works by Jukka Huhtala and Kari-Petteri Kakko - lots of small bronze statuettes as well - a wink for you, Outi, for inspiration.

Afterwards we went to Restaurant Como and I had the best risotto ever; with crayfish and lobster sauce, nam! The boys were satisfied with the food but did not give that many comments about the art.
